Is this absolutely horrible? I'm a gamer and unfortunately, after having this internet for a year I haven't been able to play World of Warcraft because I have frequent disconnects. They've come to "service" my line and keep saying everything is fine but the internet feels so slow. I can't even watch any movies online on Netflix.
