It kinda seems like a LOST clone, where key plot elemets will be revealed in the last few episodes of the season finally. |

| reply to HFB1217 I've been watching, even if it being on Thursday makes my tv viewing schedule more filled. Thank goodness for more than one dvr.... although Fridays are even busier, beginning October 9.
Yes, it is interesting, but not sure how far they can go with it as eventually they will have to hit the date they all flashed forward to.
Perhaps they need to call in Walter Bishop to help them figure out how it happened? -- Humanity - The greatest natural disaster of all time. |

| reply to HFB1217 I was quite surprised there wasn't a thread about this show already. I've seen both episodes so far, and enjoyed it. I've never seen one episode of Lost (really), so I can't compare the 2.
I'll continue to watch, since Eureka is now over for the season. -- "How are you, Dad?" "I'm as fine as a frogs hair split 4 ways, son!" We'll miss you Dad... J.H.T. 1929-2009 |

| reply to HFB1217 I've only seen the premier, but so far it's a pretty good show. The story seems pretty interesting, especially the mystery of the one guy who didn't black out and the FBI Agent who didn't see anything when he blacked out.
And I think Walter Bishop could probably figure it out in no time. -- "Every normal man must be tempted at times to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin to slit throats." - H. L. Mencken

| Rook, the second episode was good, perhaps even just a bit better than the pilot, IMHO.
Walter is a character in Lost, I presume? -- "How are you, Dad?" "I'm as fine as a frogs hair split 4 ways, son!" We'll miss you Dad... J.H.T. 1929-2009 |

| reply to HFB1217 I've got the second episode on a flash drive but haven't watched it yet, maybe tonight I'll check it out.
Walter Bishop is a crazy (literally, he spent some time in an institution) scientist on the Fox drama Fringe. At one point he was explaining the theory of alternate universes to another character on the show. I think he could come up with a plausible explanation for the Flash-Forwards based on that. -- "Every normal man must be tempted at times to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin to slit throats." - H. | reply to rlt2562 Walter is a crack pot on Fringe...
I about tripped when he licked a "red" gem stone last week. We knew it was hardened blood, but he didn't as of yet. "Hmm tastes salty"...
He is great. I look at walter as the Denny Crane of Fringe. -- A is A. |

| I so miss that show. It proved that people over 60 can act and be funny as hell.
Al Bundy was my ideal man, now its Al and Denny...
With a smidgen of Walter tossed in... What was that quote of his from last seaon about drugs?
OMG that was so uncorrect in this say and age of "don't do drugs" and it was funny the way the actor delivered that line. -- A is A. |

| reply to HFB1217 Did you notice that John Cho had an expiration date of March maybe that's when they start filming the next Star Trek movie
I like the show so far...it does have potential and it will be interesting how they work forward to the april date, and how they mean to expand afterwards if they get picked up for another season.

| I sure hope John lasts more than just one season. I liked him in Star Trek, and hope they turn his demise into something weird & wild for the season cliffhanger. -- "How are you, Dad?" "I'm as fine as a frogs hair split 4 ways, son!" We'll miss you Dad... J.H.T. 1929-2009 |

| Feeling a bit philosophical Lotus?
Seriously, knowing is one thing, but what actions led to that conclusion? One action leads to one outcome, a different action to another. Which would be correct? | reply to HFB1217 Nobody have mentioned this but I would be nice if this is a one-season series. Too many times we see shows that lost it's energy, gas, whatever a long time ago and it's just being milk for all that it's worth. I think I've gotten used to watching BBC shows (series) and it lasting for up to Series 3 with a proper ending. -- Illegal aliens have always been a problem in the United States. Ask any Indian.
