<description><![CDATA[rawgerz posted : it's just dsl. Low jitter helps on games and voip but it doesn't show any improvement for browsing. I remember playing on a GOOD server right outside DC which is where my last hop ends, and it was spectacular compared.<br>Just like when I went from 1.5 to 3mb dsl, that helped for things like Youtube before they started throttling, but again for browsing it does nothing.<br>I remember when I had sprint my jitter was around 7ms, but that was on visualware's test.<br><small>--<br><i><br>You can't make all the people happy all of the time. But it should be common sense to shoot for the majority.</i></small>]]></description>
