The Lions - another losing season?

Hey Lion fans!
Actually I'm surprised there has been no posts yet on this subject.

The Lions are now 1 and 3.
I think the Lions will be lucky to go 8 and 8.

Personally if they win 4 it could be classified as a miracle.

Am I all wet on this one?

Post your outlook for the season.
Tell us what you think.

edit: corrected win, loss numbers.

the Lions are not 1 and 1 they are 1 and 3 (lost to New Orleans (week 1), lost Minnesota (week 2), beat Washington (week 3) and lost to Chicago (week 4))

the only other games they may win will be St. Louis and Cleveland only because they are home games

Thanks for that one.
I blew it big time.
Don't know what I was thinking.

So you're saying they'll win 3.
I hate to say it but you are probably right.

After all these years I sure would like to see them have a winning season but I think that's just overly optimistic.

Well, forget St. Louis! The drain is open and they're caught in the swirl...

will the Lions won their game vs the Browns in a very close game with a down to the wire touchdown.

Lions are now 2-8 (and I believe they will be 2-14 at the end of the season)

They aren't much better from last year, but I do see a little progress, including the following:

1. I think Jim Schwartz will be a good head coach in this league (Rod Marinelli was over his head).
2. They did a decent job in this past draft. Several players from this draft should be productive for years to come (compare to any Millen draft). Stafford, Pettigrew and Delmas should all work out to varying degrees.
3. They won 2 games. Not much, but at least it breaks up the losing streaks.
