| [Modem] Siemens 6520 to work with AT&T DSL?
Hi! I am trying to convert my bell sympatico (canada) modem to work with AT&T in the states... I have succeded in getting the 'siemans' logo to appear after a partial install of some firmware from »https://bigpond.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/big···va=12492 (it didn't finish and noted a file failure)
It seems that my major problem is not knowing how to change the VPI/VCI from 0/35 to the 8/35 AT&T wants. Seems I can either buy their modem ($100) or pay for some 'advanced tech support' for $100 -$149.
Does anyone have some help for me?
Thanks! Haley |

| Many Thanks!
Dr. Olds, Thank you sooooo much! I was working on this for so long yesterday just trying to find how to change that VPI setting! I knew I was close but I just couldn't find the right page!! Hmph, turns out it was right in front of me in that ISP Settings page (like I thought it should be, but couldn't find the button!!) So I'm glad I finally found the 'Advanced Settings' button!! Yay! (feel like a dork) But I'm so glad you posted the step by step instructions, because I don't think I would have done the bridge option and some others, (I'm just a mom trying to set up a network for us!) so I really appreciate the help! I owe you a $100!
Thanks again!
