Once hose promos are gone so goes the love that came with it. You could be right. If someone signs up for a new type of service and don't have problems, they could be giving it higher marks even if it performs exactly the same as their old one. Essentially they'd be validating their own decision to switch.
That said, I've no experience with telco TV; it might (or might not) be better for all I know. |
