There are definitely some conclusions to be drawn from this. If a Russian WiMax company can roll out an uncapped service for $28/month it seems a US company should be capable of that as well. Given that this amount is such a high percentage of an average person's salary, it stands to reason that comparatively few people would sign up for such a service. That in turn would mean that WiMax can be successful and profitable even with a low subscriber count.
Do you think it will be profitable? That remains to be seen.
