I want to know... How does the netgear vpn works?
Is it ipsec VPN? Is it standard or do I REALLY need to use a proprietary software?
Thanks

| Which equipment are you referring to? I've been using the FVS336G and it supports SSL (need 32 bit browser) and IPSec (some clients work better then others but you do not have to use the Netgear client.) Be a little more specific in what you want folks to respond to... |

I'm talking about the fvs318 and fvs 338. They only have "ipsec" vpn. |
