Re: New network One problem with this survey is you have to be a customer to provide input. AT&T DSL sucked for me. AT&T only offered 1.5 down and 384k up. Comcast HSI is many times faster. Now I'm a Comcast customer.
AT&T never managed to get U-Verse to my street. U-Verse has been in my city for some time, but it is only available in limited areas. AT&T cherry picks where they want to provide coverage. Comcast on the other hand is ubiquitous, and provides coverage everywhere.
I wonder how many customers AT&T has passed over with U-Verse feel happy about it? U-Verse also has significant limitations on HD DVR and multiple HD. If you mind significant limitations, I'm assuming you don't sign up.
To some extent, any survey of AT&T is self selecting as AT&T cherry picks areas to provide coverage, and customers self select, based on some significant limitations of U-Verse.
