magic8900 join:2009-09-28 State College, PA	"Does it say 'up to'" No, the contract implies that I should be -getting- fast speeds. Not supposed to have a hope of almost getting something slightly worse than dial-up. Internet didn't work at all yesterday and today speeds are even slower than usual.
