YES...since 2 or 3 days ago, when they came back on line from maintenance. It totally stinks to tell you the truth.
After talking to a few of my friends, it "seems" if you don't have a fast tier then you SOL (at least for now). Even trying to watch a video that isn't in HQ or HD is terrible.
Go to HuLu, Fancast, etc. they are ok. I have another post about this on here.

That error does not necessarily mean you do not have the latest flash.
If you are blocking javascript you can get that message on more then a few sites.
Some software firewalls like ZoneAlarm have .js (javascript) blocking capabilities so look there also. I believe you use ZoneAlarm.
Also when you reinstall a program or plugin a software firewall should block the newly installed software and if set up by the uer ask you if you want to allow a program or component to be accesses by another program in this case your browser.
I always delete the rule for a program when I install an update and let the firewall read the access attempt again and allow pass through to see if the company changed anything.

Judging from the screenshot, you are using IE 6.0. Awhile back, Youtube was announcing that they were going to stop supporting IE 6 and advised an upgrade to newer versions of IE, Chrome, or Firefox...

their crappy CDN really sux and for many people including myself, the speeds offered and routing are horrible.
You Tube used to work just fine before they decided to use a CDN. I say go back to the way it was. |
