2 edits | reply to lilhurricane YES...since 2 or 3 days ago, when they came back on line from maintenance. It totally stinks to tell you the truth. After talking to a few of my friends, it "seems" if you don't have a fast tier then you SOL (at least for now). Even trying to watch a video that isn't in HQ or HD is terrible.
Go to HuLu, Fancast, etc. they are ok. I have another post about this on here. Your not alone.

| reply to toby tyler That error does not necessarily mean you do not have the latest flash.
If you are blocking javascript you can get that message on more then a few sites.
Some software firewalls like ZoneAlarm have .js (javascript) blocking capabilities so look there also. I believe you use ZoneAlarm.
Also when you reinstall a program or plugin a software firewall should block the newly installed software and if set up by the uer ask you if you want to allow a program or component to be accesses by another program in this case your browser.
I always delete the rule for a program when I install an update and let the firewall read the access attempt again and allow pass through to see if the company changed anything. -- Humor. It is a difficult concept. |

 | reply to toby tyler Judging from the screenshot, you are using IE 6.0. Awhile back, Youtube was announcing that they were going to stop supporting IE 6 and advised an upgrade to newer versions of IE, Chrome, or Firefox...
The drop-dead date may have passed.... |

You Tube used to work just fine before they decided to use a CDN. I say go back to the way it was. |
