el3ment posted : Cool. I actually went ahead and called the main number and they were pretty cool. I think if I have any trouble with billing (Like i did in the past).. I'm going to call the local plus store like you did..

My installation is scheduled for the 16th for the 25/15 plan. I'll let ya'll know how it goes.. I'm kind of nervous about them digging the drop to the house cause we're technically not in the house until the installation date..

Gary A posted : I dealt with my local Verizon Plus store when I upgraded from a SD STB to a HD STB and it was quick and easy. No waiting for shipping. They even got the billing right, which I was worried about. All in all, a good experience. :)

el3ment posted : Hi,

I'm re-activating my service from earlier this year (WOOT!!!)... And if I remember correctly, when I originally ordered this service, it was somewhat of a nightmare cause I called their main 1-800 number and got routed several times and my order got lost....

Anyway, I recall that there was a local Fios center I can call but I don't have the number. I would much rather deal with the company locally..

Anyone have numbers for Fios for the Portland Area? I can't find em. Thanks.
