Re: Hmmm Yeah, I've been brainstorming on it and the only thing I can think of is some type of "image verification" that your customers would pick and image and a phrase of their own and show it on all "official" Comcast messages via Web alerts. My bank does it, it can also be spoofed too though if they really wanted to try hard enough.
