Manassas, VA | [northeast] Using my own router with FIOS I own a condo and Verizon did not install an ONT on the inside of my home. They ran a line from one of my phone jacks to the VDSL jack of a Westell 9100VM. I use CableCARDs for my FIOS TV service, so the Westell does not connect to the TV side at all.
I want to use my own D-Link DIR-655 router for my FIOS instead of the Westell 9100VM. What are my options since I don't have an ONT inside to run CAT5 cable to? |
