No change here - downloads are consistently about 2 M & uploads are 1.1 M. <br><br>I called WOW Customer Service yesterday to complain. Agent sent an update to modem & said to re-test. I did but no change in speed. Modem update however appears to have helped in reducing my time outs.<br><br>Question for those who reported 8 M downloads. What service are you paying for? I thought I bought 8 M but was told I'm paying for 2 M.]]></description>
