Need help with SE567/error problems

I have three computers on a SE567; one cable, the other two wireless. I was having two problems:
1) The modem would just go dead for 1 to 60 minutes giving me no internet (just the power light on)
2) One or the other computer would have an address conflict and lose internet service until rebooted.

Guy came out and said I had a lot of errors at the modem but not at at the house. He determined my phone jack was bad and replaced it. He said the errors all went away.

The next day neither of my wireless computer could connect; they were on the network, but had "limited or no" connectivity. Techical support said it was a security problem and had me remove the security from the connection. The wireless computers were able to connect.
Needless to say it went out a couple minutes later and I complained again. The next guy said I had a lot of error and would send someone out.

No one has shown up, but everything seems fine today.
However I am having a lot of errors.
System

CRC Tx 0
FEC Rx 1500
CRC Rx 0
FEC Rx 0
US SNR 21
DS SNR 14.5
US Atten. 31.5
DS Atten. 41.5
US Power 5.5
DS Power 8

Right now everything seems pretty good. All the computer are connected (even after I put security back on) and speed seems normal.

So questions:
1) are my numbers okay, or do they indicate a problem. (is this explained anywhere? I sure can't find it...)
2) Why might my WLAN be so flakey? (I kinda think it must be a bad modem, but they claim not)
3) Wouldn't my address errors (which seem to have stopped after getting the new phone jack?!) indicate a bad modem?

Thanks much

1: Your upstream attenuation seems to be a bit high compared to the downstream. Typically the download/upload attenuation are in a 2:1 ratio on a good line.

2: Sounds like your SpeedStream is rebooting itself/it is crashing. That's probably one of the reasons why it's flaky. Convince Frontier to give you a new modem if your line proves to be non-problematic. Modems tend to reboot when the lose sync continuously I've found.

3: The errors are typically caused by a bad line. Rarely is the modem the issue.
