<description><![CDATA[TX CS Aggie posted : My girlfriend lives on the 3rd floor in a apartment complex and uses the cable and internet company Grande Communications in Austin Tx. Her internet work alright but pages wont load till you hit refresh. It got a good bit better when I moved her over to OpenDNS but it is still not as good as I would like.<br><br>From my experience her levels are marginal to bad. Am I right?
