<description><![CDATA[anon posted : i have problem with internet , from more than a month, my line rate have changed from 5056/800 to 300/300.<br>so i have only 300K but i paid for 5M. i open many tickets but no one have fixed the problem.<br>i call Bell but they said that it is for my ISP (acanac) to call bell to fix the line rate.<br>When I call acanac , this what a tech support said to me.<br><br>( Hi<br>As I checked, your line syncing at 800/256 and due to high capacity of your line this is the best speed for you. )<br> signed  Zahra.<br><br>very stupid, i m very confused by this answer. This person can do any work but not as dsl tech support.<br><br>I m with acanac from more than 5 years , and every time i check the line rate , it was correct (5056/800) only from last month , i have 300/300 to 800/300.<br><br>2 months with out internet is enough..<br><br>Please, is there any one ho can suggest me an other ISP ? and how to get refund ?.]]></description>
