| TWC So far the only company I know of that did a software "upgrade" and actually downloaded an inferior product into all their customers cable TV boxes. Mystro. Sound dropping out. bluring of images, constant freezing. The biggest insult is when they attempt to raise cable prices this year as they always do. I suspect the calls to Consumer Complaints will set a new record. Everyone I know is awaiting Verizon FIOS. Imagine having to unplug your cable box on a regular basis to reboot the system. That's what it's like now trying to watch television....2009 and I am rebooting my box like I had to on my Windows 95 PC. |

| Hell i thought it was just me. That DVR reboots almost nightly and when trying to watch a recorded show sometimes it crashes a couple times before it gets going. |

I've had Mystro on my HDDVR for 2 years now and don't have any issues like that at all, at least not constantly.
I probably have to reboot it once every 3 months or more. But definitely nothing to freak out about. I can't imagine Verizon has a totally bug free set top box. Do you think they do? |

Me Too...
I knew it was a problem when everyone on my street is complaining about the same issue, but when you call Time Warner, They tell you that you are the only one complaining...
"No problems here..must be your TV, Wiring, Etc"
Right!!!
Now the majority of my street is on DirectTV or Dish.
Now no more problems.
Wonder why ? |

That is about the results I had before Mystro. Since then nothing but problems even tried swapping the unit out. It worked for about a week or so then same problems. |
