Forest Hill, MD | Armstrong in Harford, What can I as a consumer do? I have been trying since the end of June to get a response as to whether or not Armstrong will provide my neighbors and myself with cable internet. So far they have done nothing to investigate as far as I can tell. The operators say they will get to you in 7-10 days with a response. Then they say sorry it could take a month. I stopped at there Forest Hill office and asked the recptionist what is going in on. She said no new work for at least 6monthes. But the question I have is,
Can I do the work and just have Armstrong do the tie in? I am a licensed electrician so I can easily do what ever they would like. Run cable, run conduit, whatever. Two of my neighbors on my driveway also would like to get Armstrong internet. BGE will even let homeowners who are not licensed install conduit for them. Getting desperate for internet help. |
