Me Too... I knew it was a problem when everyone on my street is complaining about the same issue, but when you call Time Warner, They tell you that you are the only one complaining... "No problems here..must be your TV, Wiring, Etc" Right!!! Now the majority of my street is on DirectTV or Dish. Now no more problems. Wonder why ?
