And Rochester? ..... Never because all they compete with is DSL - no FIOS here.
Hell, Rochester can't even get better upload out of this company. We are still at 384 kbps for standard service and 1 meg for Turbo. Would be awfully nice if Verizon were to take over Frontier, but that ain't about to happen.
