 One USB port does not work.

Hello Everybody ,

I have one USb port that isn't working , which is the one below the cd-drive. The other 4 the USB port work properly , which is in the back where the input/output plugins are located. I'm fairly new towards computer hardware problems. I would appreciate it if anybody would help me resolve my problem.
