Major Packet Loss In Rochester Hills, MI

Anyone else experiencing packet loss in the Rochester Hills, MI area? I am experiencing over 80% loss for the past 30 minutes. I am getting over 150 ms RTT to my WOW gateway. I usually see less than 10 ms to the gateway. The user power cycle of the cable modem and my router does not solve the issue ...

@wideopenwest.com		 unplugging the power, removing the battery and the coaxial cable and waiting 5 minutes. Then reconnect. That may force a hard reset from WOW and send a new configuration file to the modem.

I'm getting packet loss errors in the online games I play. it's been going on for the last few days.
