joslop500 join:2008-12-13 Los Angeles, CA	I don't really know what kind of speeds they offer in DC, but here in SoCal Turbo package in most areas is 15Mb-2Mb. Other areas where they're still upgrading see 10Mb-1Mb for Turbo.
