Amerika | Because T-Mobile is the one ultimately responsible for their customers' satisfaction which is why it's T-Mobile that is going to pay compensation to those users.
Also T-Mobile was slow in advising subs as to what the problem was and how to mitigate damage including not pulling the battery from the handset.
The Capt is responsible for the activities on the ship. |
