| How long do I have to wait? I ordered a DID and the number was supposed to be available in "about one day". It's been a week and when I open a ticket, I'm told that provisioning is working on it. But I haven't heard from them...so I guess I just have to sit and wait. |

2 edits | I had same prob. They claim 'usually 1 day'-I asked after 2 whats happening? They were 'working on it-give us 5 more'. After 7-I made another 'trouble ticket' inquiry. Still no #. For many reasons I did not stay w/them.  |
