| [Maxis] Maxis Wireless Broadband cheats subscriber
hi, i have been using Maxis BB since beginning of 2008 and when i 1st sign up i was told the i can surf unlimited for pckg RM138. so i have been happily using it till this month went suddenly my speed was reduced from average of 500kbps to 40kbps. when i call Maxis BB team they told me that my speed was reduce by their speed capping system as my data usage has exceeded 3GB. Then they told me all kind of story about their policy and procedure which says that Maxis has rights to ammend any contracts without notice. They also mentioned about fair usage which is totally ridiculous, saying that upon reaching certain usage your speed will be reduced and this was not mentioned upon sign up. All those agent in KLCC told me that i can surf unlimited data without any interruptions bout now Maxis claim my usage has been limit to 3GB. Maxis are liars and they would say anything to hook you and once they get you they will drain your blood out. I would say Maxis broadband plan sucks as they manipulate the users to subscribe for more and pay more as they are struggling to grow. I know its very difficult for me to say this but i have been loyal to Maxis for 9years and this is how they appreciate your loyalty. Once again Maxis BB sucks...For those who wish to subscribe Maxis BB please be careful and do get the agent to write it in black and white to indicate that there will be no speed reduction upon reaching certain data usage...Pls be smart my fellow buddies... |
