[Troubleshooting] Singal Strength went down, very erratic

DemyDame posted : Wow, I was relieved that I got my great signal back a few weeks back. However now it is very, very erratic again. I called Verizon today, but of course 1st level tech says I am in a fringe area no matter how I tried to explain things to her. I went from 4 solid bars no matter what (after getting all the supplies I needed for my Rockies amp) to I-never-know-what-I'm-going-to-get-ever. I am using the PRL 40036 that the higher level tech suggested to me when he came to my residence. He said to use that since 40036 has Sprint roaming, and I am a very STRONG roamer.
It appears I am using the plain Alltel signal, which is usually not the strong signal where I stay, and it is screwing with my signal. I don't know what else to do for now. I have my Rockies hooked up to two antennas, one outside and one inside. One antenna came with the amp kit, and one is similar but stronger. I decided not to hook up the grid since the signal had been coming in so well.
Any suggestions beyond 'You live ina fringe area, so there is not much we can do' are appreciated GREATLY, as always.

Here is my speed for today:
