<description><![CDATA[tmwes posted : Well, they can't give me 'Elite', but they are supposedly giving me 'Pro'.  Supposed to be live as of 8:00 tonight.  I haven't restarted the router yet, but it looks like it shows 'Pro' speeds (speed tests definitely don't indicate that); says 3000 where before it said 768. <description><![CDATA[tmwes posted : According to Engineering (I just got off the phone with the woman I talked to yesterday), Basic is it.  Which is strange considering in 2006-2007, I had whatever was the fastest at the time; and it certainly wasn't basic.<br><br>She said there is nothing she could do, but gave me a phone number to call (Executive Response), who I just spoke to and pleaded my case.
