My Linux computer box with Iptables firewall is very,very good firewall packet filter that i write the script of iptables firewall packet filter to customize my suit needs :)

Okay, without the router the speed is right where it should be... 26/21. So it's obviously something with my router (DGL-4555).

Note your transfer rate after about 30 seconds. Then cancel the download.

Post the URL for the New Tweak Test. For the TWO Speakeasy Tests, Copy and Paste the speed results from those tests and note the speed from the FTP download test.

Set Selective Acks, Path MTU Discovery, Black Hole Detection to Default.

Leave Max Duplicate Acks and TTL Blank

Using the drop-down menu in The Doctor set your NIC’s (Ethernet adapter’s) MTU to 1500.

Save/Exit DrTcp

Reboot

Rerun the Tweak Test

Run Two Speed Tests from the two DIFFERENT cities nearest to you that are listed here: Speakeasy POPs

Forgive me but I do not understand what those functions are nor what they do. No need for the wise-ass crack, I'm just asking for some help.

3. Line quality test 0% loss latency 7.27ms
