2. a HSN password
3. a credit card on file with HSN.

So far I've only noticed this for HSN..
It's on my DCX and DCH boxes both have I-guide A25.

The only way I've found to remove the "pressOK to shop" box was hit exit on the remote. nope it's available for any channel that wants to do the interactive stuff. not just shopping.
