Winnetka, CA | We are currently offering Fiber service in the Verizon territory. AT&T has not opened up their U-Verse offering to their wholesale channel to date. We also have ADSL2+ services up to 15Meg in select AT&T and Verizon areas.

San Diego, CA | I'd like to know as well. We will be moving soon and don't particularly want Uverse service. But would welcome a faster dsl connection instead. |

Winnetka, CA | The service is only served out of the CO. If you are on a RT because you are too far from the CO you likely wouldn't qualify.
