Hi there i have a problem with my modem i find when ever recently i download from my seedbox via ftp or sftp, i keep loosing the connection and have noticed a build up of error logs on the router when this happens i always get the same 3 errors in order

1) No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=

2) Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out;

3) TLV-11 - unrecognized OID;CM-MAC=

after each error of course are mac addresses ive left these out as see no reason to post them.

I have taken a few screen shots and did this as soon after the error occurred to help diagnose,

i did have a engineer out to take a look the other day but the idiot told me it was my router, hmm funny as i told him it does it whether the router is attached or not, so i know it isn't the router.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, personally i think the modem is broken or not configured right or maybe it cant handle the speeds which i generally get around 5.5mb down,
