It's a waste of processing power. And Broadcom and Texas Instruments laugh all the way to the bank. If it acts fast, then the software its running is "obsolete" and not "advanced enough" and must be bloated improved.
Programmers and chip makers need a living. If everyone could use a M68000, many people would be out of a job. |
