Modem stats, any good?

I am having frequent problems loading webpages, or sometimes they load but for some reason it will only be the text and not any styling like with CSS. Tried Firefox and IE.

Modem is a SB5120, the same one we've had since we first got service with Cox.

They look like they are within specs. Really hard to know if they are actually good or not . I have seen modems do stuff like that should have a tech come out and take a look.

The problem appears be the NIC when resuming from hibernate or standby.. the performance over the network was degraded a little when resuming from hibernate and after in standby sometimes copying a file over the network would be no faster than dial-up speeds.

I took this earlier and it shows packet loss, and at my address: »/linequality/nil/2575753
