Isn't Charter in flyover country? Most people here don't care if these people end up on dialup but will complain that they only have 3 choices of connectivity and none of them are FIOS.
Charter is the only Internet choice available in many rural areas. I hope this will allow them to continue to provide services.
Charter is all over the country. California to Missouri to Texas to Minnesota to Georgia. That is only a few states. THey are also up the east coast as well.
