Did you know you can bypass the bell throttling if you use MLPPP ? It's available for free with Velcom.

canada		 Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to buy a new router just to use MLPPP. I'm disguising all my BT traffic as VPN traffic, and it seems to be working for the mean time.
