<description><![CDATA[rick3475 posted : DR. TCP is not changing my RWIN. It is set at 65530 and I want to change it to 251120 per the tweak test. It says that I have saved the change to 251120 but when I shut down and restart and run the tweak test it stays at 65530. What am I doing wrong.]]></description>
