Just finished it up, good story line, had about 8 hours of content on a straight through play storyline wise, overall harder than the main storyline and first expansion pack.

| Weapons: New .44 Pistol, Auto Shotgun w/ Explosive Shells (takes down helicopters with 5 rounds  ), Gold Plated SMG, mock-up of the FN P90 silenced, the M249 SAW makes its return finally, Advanced Sniper with higher ammo capacity, rate of fire, & range, Sticky Bombs with remote detonator, and then a Parachute is listed as a weapon but falls more in line with a vehicle. Overall the weapons feel overpowered, but the game is harder so it still balances out.
Vehicles: Many new cars, the most notable one is the Super Diamond based on a Rolls-Royce. A golf caddy so far I have only found at the golf range. The Noose APC, but I have only seen it during a mission where it had to be stolen by the PC. Three new helicopters, a high class civilian Swift, a heavy equipment transport Skyhook, and my favorite highly maneuverable Buzzard with two minigun and auto-launching rocket launchers. Two new boats the Floater & Smuggler that I've only seen in the story so far, haven't found them yet in the multiplayer.
The multiplayer when set to episodic content will have everything from both expansions packs as long as everyone has both.

It's a good update but nothing really extremely new.
Tougher but nothing that hard
If people have some extra money, it's worth the download
If not, you aren't missing much |
