| Need advice please!
Hello All, I am currently a mountain cable customer paying for the Super Sports Pack. The reason i bought the pack was for NBA and NFL, yet as the NBA exhibition season has started the games are not coming through (the ones on the guide, and the ones on the billboard schedule that appears on these screens when they arent being used). Here's a couple facts...
- My family and friends with Rogers, Source and Cogeco have had no problems watching these games as I have checked with them. - Tech support told me that they really dont have control over this pack and theres no reason the games shouldnt be coming through - Sales told me theres no known issue with the NBA League Pass not working, but advised me to call tech support.
The problem is the only time to call is during the games while they are supposed to be on, yet Tech tells me theres no issue.
If you check channels 482-489 they all come up black, no schedule like the others, just black, yet Mountain is insisting there is no issue even though people on Rogers, Source, and Cogeco are seeing the games i am not, they even have the schedule showing up on those channels, and when the Mountain schedule says "Lakers @ whoever - 482" and 482 isnt working, they say they cant help.
Does anyone have an idea of what I can do? Nobody wants to take ownership to figure out what the problem is, and im stuck here wondering what the heck is going on.
Any suggestions or help is appreciated. If you subscribe to the SSP and can verify what im saying, id really appreciate it.
Other sports work, NHL, NBA, OHL, etc but for some reason its just the NBA. |
