Life on the Charter NotWork :(

Charter.doc.zip 10,205 bytes
I hooked my friend up with PhonePower and Daryl told me the QOS on his Charter cabled was unstable. Check out the attached transcript. Told them they were using Vonage because I did not want to confuse the idiots. I must say their service is as good as their commercials..Shitty!

So far the quality has been okay but if I can get them out to fix their rotting notwork I'm sure it would be awesome.

Getting them hooked up from BestBuy was a walk in the park. Just filled out the online form, hooked up the ATA w\all the cables. 15 minutes later we were making calls.

Just stopped by the local Charter office and they gave me a modem to test with .

Your mistake was your honesty. You should not have said it problem was with VOIP/Vonage. Even Vonage told you this. You should have said you were having problems streaming video.
Also, by saying you were not the account holder, you give them another excuse.

The trick is to provide the information in a way that will force the outcome you want. I see nothing wrong with changing facts that would be distracting to this outcome.
