Ash3r join:2007-08-02 Winfield, BC | Dragon Age: Origins I just wanted to put this out there since I dont see another topic on it. This game looks great and everything I have seen looks fantastic. I just wanted to know what others were thinking about the game so far!

 | reply to Ash3r borderlands will be great and im anxious for DA, too, but remember, dragon age is not an mmo and has no online play. |

VeriisNot that creative join:2008-06-20 Frisco, TX | reply to Ash3r Early reviews are positive so far, and I can't see this being a big miss or anything... If it is half as good and engrossing as the hype has been for it it'll be great.
I need something to keep me from wanting going back to WoW or a new MMO like Aion, and this hopefully fits that bill. |

 | reply to Ash3r BioWare strikes again!
I've got the Deluxe Edition pre-ordered on Steam. Can't wait to play it. |

Ash3r join:2007-08-02 Winfield, BC | reply to Ash3r I feel the same way, I need something to pull me from WOW. Im not sure what I want to do though, get it on the PS3/360 or my brand new rig... any ideas to help me choose?!! |

VeriisNot that creative join:2008-06-20 Frisco, TX | Wish I could help you choose... I'm going to have to get it on PS3 as it will technically "run" on my 4 year old computer I don't think I'd want to see it on there...
If you want it earlier get it on PC or 360, since the PS3 release is 2 weeks later though... if that helps at all. |

Running this game on min/low specs would be a travesty. Rebuild or PS3 then for me. You guys who get it on PC will have to tell me what I great game it is while I wait 2 more weeks for the PS3 version |

Ash3r join:2007-08-02 Winfield, BC | reply to Ash3r Sorry, I meant that should I pick the PS3 has I have the HDMI vs my 360 where I only have component.(not that there is a huge difference). Just trying to see what I would enjoy more for this type of game, a mouse or controller... |

Just trying to see what I would enjoy more for this type of game, a mouse or controller... we almost entirely talk about pc games here. anytime someone mentions a cross-platform game, its almost alweays about the PC version. nothing bad against consoles, but they dont even figure into many of our thoughts when discussing games. we may decide to get a title on console instead of pc, but if no one brings up the topic, its normally assumed its the PC version.
just an FYI
i think many of these newer games will really look a lot better on PC if your hardware supports it. there isnt always a drastic difference, but most of the games that came out thuis month or will be released in the next few all seem to really benefit from high distance quality settings cause theres lots of spacious, open worlds -- Somnambulator - t3h 5133pw41k3r
