But why is it on 24x7? Can't possibly be awake and home 24 hours per day. That is why pay for bytes transfered is a better way. People won't be wasting it when they aren't using it and when they have to pay for it.
Also, you see where people claim they download 50 or 100 HD movies/month. Can't possibly watch all those movies in a months time. But again, if you don't pay for it, who cares, right?
