I just thought you said the internet was red? No signal. Do you have a POTS line for phone dial tone service? If so are you trying to get the dsl on it? This being a different ISP than you telco may be a stand alone DSL line. Have you checked at your telco demarc on the side of your house to see if anything is marked? I am presuming this is a new connection?
