OSes since the *early* 2000s. And, for the ones that don't support it (why the hell are you, personally, running anything that old???), they can be gatewayed through devices that do support it (there's a great history of cross-type network gateways). As to legacy systems in the commercial and gov't space, they generally aren't connected to the public network space, at any rate, as they've gone WELL out of support for even routine security updates.
