anon : I recently switched from DSL to cable, and still have my old netopia DSL modem/wifi router. Is it possible to use it just as a wifi access point? I've been playing with the config settings, but without much success. Essentially, I have an existing network with DHCP on the 192.168.0.0 range, and want to connect the netopia router to enable wifi devices to see other devices on the same network. Can it be done?
