It is about that and there is a 2nd decision on ITMPs (Internet traffic management pratices) which means throttling, caps and net neutrality. |

It is a package deal day. It means, basically, that the CRTC has not taken enough time to really consider options. Else, the CRTC is just going to announce they need more time. Else if, they rule in favour, as usual, for the big boys (Bell, Rogers, etc...). |
