Re: I know this sounds crazy Exactly the Edison Trust was the cartel in New York that used the strong arm tactics. A group of largest studios got to gather under the Edison banner and decided to force everyone else out. If you Study Thomas Edison he was not a nice guy he ripped so many people out of patients and ideas.
I am still looking for the BBC program It is somewhere on 5 gigs worth of hard drives. I can't remember the exact name of the series so none of my searches have found it, grrrr I want to watch it again myself.
