Dell has a cheap networked printer, under $200. So does HP and brother.

there are alot of options.
I've used a few of the low-end Dell networked printers. Never had a problem at all and as another person mentioned, they seem to be rebadged Lexmarks.

We use the HP LJ 1022n here where I work and they do a good job for something small. The HP 1505n looks like a good option.

I have an LJ 2200D w/ jetprint network card. Has worked like a champ for over 3 years. I have 2 notebooks wireless printing to it. Takes just about anything i throw at it. PS can be slow but more memory will do the trick there. Very cheap on consumables and Linux works out of the box.
